Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Fit Culture, we want to make sure you understand all purchase options before checkout. Please review the cancellation guidelines below.

1. One-Time Purchases

  • Supplements, Books, Apparel, and Supplements may be canceled if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Subscription Orders (Auto-Ship)

  • Subscriptions (monthly auto-ship) can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • To cancel or adjust your subscription, log in to your account or contact support@fitculture.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

  • If an order has already been billed and processed, cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

3. Digital Courses & Programs

  • All course and program purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once accessed.

  • If you have not yet logged in or accessed your course, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support.

4. Special Promotions & Discounts

  • Purchases made during promotional periods (e.g., BOGO offers, seasonal discounts, or bundle pricing) are subject to the same cancellation rules above.

  • Free gifts with purchase must be returned in new condition if the main order is canceled.

5. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@fitculture.com with your order number.

  • If your order is eligible, we will confirm cancellation and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your order has already shipped or been accessed (digital products), cancellation is not possible.
