Thank you for shopping with Fit Culture. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Supplements

We accept returns of unopened, unused supplement products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must remain sealed in their original packaging.

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned.

Apparel & Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Digital Courses & Programs

Refund requests must be made in writing to our support team within 14 days of purchase.

You must not have completed more than 10% of the course content to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please email support@fitculture.comAttachment.tiff with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions and a return label if applicable.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
